come back? Or will you be ashamed and embarrassed? How should our expectation of God’s return in
the future affect our behavior?

How special is our love for other people? Would they describe it as marvelous?
3. In what does this likeness to Christ, this conformity to His character consist of? How would you describe
It? How have you seen yourself grow in your likeness to Christ? Share your experience.
4. What reasons are given for why practicing sin is incompatible with a relationship to God? What is your
response to sin in your own life? How should it affect you?
5. How does the presence of God's seed in us keep us from habitual lawlessness and sin? How does the
Holy Spirit sanctify us and make us like Jesus?
